Most iPad screen replacements are completed in 1 to 2 business days. Tandem OLED iPad Pro M4 displays are special-order — typically 3 to 5 business days. We give you a firm pickup date at quote time.

Yes — we use displays that are compatible with the same Apple Pencil generation your iPad supports (1st gen / 2nd gen / USB-C / Pro). We test Pencil pairing, pressure sensitivity, and palm rejection as part of the post-fit check before you collect.
Yes. On iPads that have a Touch ID home button (iPad 5th-9th gen, older iPad mini, original iPad Air), we carefully transfer the original Touch ID assembly to the new display so fingerprint unlock keeps working. Apple pairs Touch ID to the logic board, so the original assembly is the only one that works.
Sometimes — for older iPads where the glass and digitiser are a separate layer from the LCD, glass-only repairs are possible (and cheaper). For newer iPads (iPad Pro, iPad Air 4+) the glass is fused to the LCD with optically-clear adhesive — full assembly replacement is the only safe option.
Could be either. A drop can damage the screen, the battery connector, or in rare cases the logic board. Free diagnostic tells us which: if the iPad responds when plugged in but no display, it's usually the screen; if it's completely dead, the battery or logic board may be involved. We quote honestly before any work.
